It&#8217;s how she navigates daily movement and stays active, and it has carried her through life&#8217;s obstacles, bringing mindfulness to moments that once held anxiety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She finds that same mindfulness in her woodwork. Alongside pyrography, she practices Sashimono, traditional Japanese joinery made with hand tools.
